Meeting with Mrs. Borkowski (1/26)

On Thursday, January 26, 2012, we met with the head PR of the Wood County Humane Society in class to discuss the projects for this semester.  The following were the topics we discussed and then communicated back via e-mail to Mrs. Borkowski.

•  Discussed Jill's Role in project (providing content, making sure language stays consistent, and proofing)

•  Inconsistency of Logo and possible redesign in future class

•  Possible dates of the Wine and Cheese Event ( May 18/19 or June 1/2)

•  Wine and Cheese past venues and possible venue for this year along with ticket prices

•  Possibly including Admission/Beverage Tickets/Save the Date postcard

•  Website redesign

     •  feel cohesive to current newsletter

     •  social media (facebook!)

     •  include images (slideshow)

•  Adding a poster for the Wine and Cheese event

•  Video/30 second spot

     •  want the video to "tug at the heart"

     •  the point is to make the audience want to big generously

     •  want to remember why the event is being held

     •  have 4-5 key messages (story board, strategy, theme)
