Today, I worked on revising the following pieces for WCHS. Although some of them still need minor changes, they are very close to being finished.

We met tonight and turned in timesheets. We also discussed the tasks we plan to accomplish this week.

• Present our newest comp of the mailer
• Present new website comps
• Complete brochure
• Storyboard for WCHS video

Meeting 2/27

We met tonight and turned in timesheets for the week.  Also, we discussed the following goals for the coming week:

    • Prepare for midterm critique
    • Continue working on revised website comps
    • Storyboards for 30 second spot
    • Revise invite
    • Complete brochure
    • Design auction book cover

Meeting with Jacqui - Website Comps

In class today, we met with Jacqui to discuss the website comps that were presented at Sunday's board meeting. Below are the main points that she felt were important for the website:

• Include images of both dogs and cats

• Include quick links 

     • Donate
     • Adopt - Leads to Petfinder
     • Volunteer
• Shelter Hours should be prominent
• Events button instead of calendar - Leads Adoptathon, Fundraisers, etc
• Community Shares (North West)
• Include WCHS somewhere on page
• Include paw prints near bottom of page

  

Write update

Looked at the calendar: Some of the deadlines may move up, but we will talk about it in class. What I need put on this blog is the total number of projects for WCHS the group is now doing, who is doing what and cross reference to the calendar. Thanks.
